General Due Process, Grievance, & Appeals

This general Due Process, Grievance and Appeals training is only for staff that are not in a utilization management role or a role that approves or denies services. Those staff must take the Clinical Due Process, Grievance and Appeals training.

This course should be used for training during State FY2023 which runs October 1, 2022 - September 30, 2023.
